Packaging ice is set up in sprawling land area. The infrastructure is built in the form of shed and buildings comprising of 15000 Sq. Ft and is well equipped with latest technology including high-end surveillance systems.We have a conversion capability of around 150 MT of finest quality products customised to the needs of the client. Equipment we purchased in the early years was soon upgraded or replaced as various technological breakthroughs in manufacturing, printing and finishing corrugated material came onto the market. Corrugation M/c. 52” B & 52” C Flute with temperature control panels & VFD attached with Auto Sheet Cutting Facility.
Four roller sheet pasting machine of size 75” to control the flow of adhesive as per the industry standards – 2 nos.
Single Colour Flexographic Printer Creasor Slotter 2400 x 1450 MM with chain feeder .
Single Pin Angular Stitching machine of sizes 36”, 48” & 50” each 1 number. Double Pin Angular Stitching machine 48”.

Special care is taken to maintain international quality standards by strict quality checks done personally.
This is done using advanced testing equipment such as Bursting Strength Tester, GSM tester, COBB tester, Puncture resistantance tester, Moisture meter, B4 Ford cup, Refracto meter to test for both raw materials and finished goods.
